How to Measure Your Chest Size:
- Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides. Avoid puffing out or deflating your chest.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
- Note the measurement in centimetres or inches — this is your chest size.
- Pair this number with the corresponding letter from the product size chart to get your size.
How to Measure Your Sleeve Size:
- Measure from the top of your shoulder down to just past your wrist bone, where you want your cuff to sit.
- Keep your elbow slightly bent while measuring to ensure a comfortable fit.
- If you keep your arm straight, the sleeve length may end up too short, as your arm naturally rests in a slightly bent position.
