Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes 3 business days on average to deliver orders.

We offer this as part of our standard free shipping delivery method within the United Kingdom on all of our products.

Below you will find some additional details:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), after this time we no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cut off time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
  • Order handling time: We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday, after this time the courier company picks up the order for delivery.

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you a tracking code. You can track your order using our Track your Order page.

Do you offer cancellation?

We allow for returns and exchanges in line with our policy here.

However, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In this case, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request an update to any of your details such as your address. Please note that any changes may be subject to carrier approval and additional fees, depending on their policies.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

We do accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll help you arrange the exchange or, if you prefer, you can return the item and place a new order. You can start the exchange process here.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us through the Returns & Exchanges Centre here as soon as possible within 5 days of receiving the order. You must provide us with written details and photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged, defective or incorrect product.

What is the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for the return label and for paying the shipping costs for returning any of your items (with the exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly received items).

When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 14 days on your original payment method.
